Resistance VII

 
My Resistance paintings are an allegorical series contrasting the freer textures and colors of our natural background, the sky, with the stark limitations of all that is man-made projected against it in the form of telephone poles and cables. Communications thus make "noise" in the foreground, drowning out the beauty of the biosphere that envelops us.
